Linda comes from a background in Vocational Rehabilitation, so when she realized there was a real need for more accessible LMS’s, she got right to work creating her own. Linda currently oversees the operations of her growing LMS while spreading awareness about the importance of accessibility throughout the digital space.

With a robust background in Information Systems and a master’s degree in Quality Engineering, Douglas stands at the helm of the technology division at YesLMS. Leveraging a deep understanding of both the intricacies of system management and the principles of quality assurance, Douglas guides the team in continuously innovating and pioneering new solutions. Under his leadership, YesLMS is solidifying its position as a leader in the accessible learning sector, championing inclusivity and excellence through its state-of-the-art technology infrastructure.

Chris has been an asset to YesLMS since the beginning, crossing t's and dotting i's to support YesLMS as they grew. Her background in accounting and financial consulting spans many different industries over more than two decades. Chris currently directs all financial, compliance, and administrative functions for YesLMS.

Tammi provides creative strategies for customers integrating YesLMS into their training and professional development support for their employees. She has expertise in developing training systems based on adult learning theories, learner engagement, and distance learning methodology. She has over 17 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, leading the staff development team and improving systems. Tammi completed her Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Counselor Education at Michigan State University where she focused her research on distance learning. She has experience in process improvement and is certified in the Deming model of Quality Management. Understanding the aim of the system and how it can be improved is the foundation of her approach in creating strategies for learning.

Liam spends his days creating and delivering engaging presentations, organizing company data, implementing innovative resources to maximize efficiencies, and providing YesLMS customers with top-notch service. From managing special projects to coordinating conferences, Liam is the go-to person for seamless execution. His dedication to building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through our products and services is evident in his bright smile and optimistic attitude. In Liam’s world, every day is a new opportunity to make a positive impact!

Maira is the bridge between the YesLMS teams and our valued customers. She manages contract execution between the customer, sales, and financing, as well as supports customer services by implementing procedures, communicating relevant information to the team and guaranteeing customers receive their reports in a timely manner. Maira also assists with the legal and administrative aspects of the company as needed.

Kevin works hard to catch every coding and design challenge hit his way. His passion is centered around providing the best learning experience possible for YesLMS users. He believes technology should never get in their way, instead it should be such an integral part of any platform that it goes unnoticed.

Mike works with new YesLMS clients during their onboarding phase as well as directs and oversees any tech improvements along the way. Mike is known as the “big picture guy,” always striving to ensure that the YesLMS vision continues to drive technology advancements while still maintaining a clean and simple interface.

Andreza works diligently to provide stellar customer service for each YesLMS account. She’s excited by each new challenge brought to her, and a variety of people with different needs makes her days interesting and fun.

Fatos is a blind woman and a technology advocate. She checks and double checks every single aspect of YesLMS’s consumer-facing technology to assure equal access to users who are Blind. Sharing the advantages of her lifelong challenges with Blindness and finding accessible solutions and the satisfaction that comes with successfully overcoming barriers has been her mission with YesLMS.

Tona is an organizer and communicator, directly assisting our executive team and facilitating a wide variety of projects as needed. With a varied and extensive background in Multimedia Design, Video Production, Sociology and Communication, she loves to always be learning, tending to many things all at once, and keeping our system running smoothly.

Lisa strives to drive our team forward by providing financial information that is timely and valuable. Excited by our mission, Lisa hopes to provide the support needed for YesLMS’s growth.
